Except for dynamic bust-ups, the prices displayed are the base price that comes with either simple decorations or no background. Full scenery and landscape will be charged (by percentage) based on customer's requests.

My Terms of Service and prices are subject to change.
You must be 18+ to use my services. You won't be required to provide proof. However, if it is revealed later that you have lied about your age during or after a transaction, you will be blacklisted.
Wait time could range between a minimum of one week to a maximum of 6 months in order to align with PayPal's refund window of 180 days. If I fail to deliver within the 6 month mark, you will have the choice to decide whether to be refunded accordingly or are comfortable with a longer wait time outside of PayPal's refund window. Regardless, I will prioritize personal life and health if and when I find necessary, so please do keep this in mind before placing an order.
I have the right to decline or cancel commission requests for reasons including, but not limited to: rude behaviour, subjects i find uncomfortable, inability to finish the work (either for health or personal reasons), communication difficulties (language barriers or otherwise).
My prices are not negotiable, and commissions will not be discounted unless a discount is offered by me.
Except for custom character/outfit designs, I do not work off descriptions only. Please provide me with clear, full references of the character(s) you want me to draw.
PROCESS & DELIVERY
WIP (work in progress) previews of each stage will be sent for revisions and approval.
All revisions and edits in the sketch stage are done free of charge. However, If a client abuses this and subject me to excessive work it will be called out and fees will be charged moving forward. Revisions in the lineart stage and beyond are liable to added fees unless it's for fixing mistakes from my part, .
Original PNG files and watermarked versions will be delivered in google drive links via email or DMs. I only offer PSD files of commercial licensed work.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
I only accept PayPal (USD) for payments. You will be sent a detailed invoice to pay through.
You can chose to pay full upfront, or 50% upfront and the rest after sketch approval. I offer payment plans for payments of a $100 minimum. In any case, i will only start the work after I receive at least 50% of the payment.
In the case you chose to cancel in the middle of the work process, I will keep a 25% cut of the cost if a finished is done, and a 50% cut if lineart or coloring was in progress. Full refunds can only be issued if no work has been started yet, or if i instigate the cancelation myself regardless of any work done. Absolutely no refunds for delivered commissions.
LICENSING & USE RIGHTS
The artist retains copyright, redistribution and intellectual property rights. This includes but is not limited to: display, advertising, printing, sharing the work and process on websites (Patreon), social media, portfolios.
Clients receive exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to their commissioned art for personal use. You must not claim the work as your own, and i kindly ask to be credited where applicable. You may edit the art work and/or designs as you please, or ask me for assistance if needed.
All commissioned art and designs are licensed for personal, non-profit/non-commercial use by default. For commercial use orders, please email me to discuss pricing and details.
Personal Use
Can include artistic, educational, and personal projects that will not be marketed, promoted, or sold. Examples include, but are not limited to: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, and posts, tattoos, device backgrounds, inspiration boards, print and framing in personal spaces.
Commercial Use
is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction. Examples include, but are not limited to: merchandise, books for sale (including textbooks), apps that will be sold or have advertising, promotional displays and content for paid subscriptions (ex: emotes), advertisements, and websites that sell images.

Vtuber related art work (ex: model designs, stream overlay illustrations, emotes, etc) that will be used in monetised videos and streams fall under commercial use and will be charged as such.
You may resell, trade, or gift commissioned custom designs and purchased adoptables. you may also add the price of a commissioned art piece to the value of your character(s) in the case of sale.
Usage of my work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools/platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools/platforms or programs, AI or ML training, NFT, blockchain, or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.
